• Check your inbox for our email
  

• Once received, follow the instructions to save the pdf file on your computer
  

• Open the PDF document using your password
  

• Use the PDF file like any other PDF file. It will not be possible to make any changes to it.
  

• Printing to a printer supported. Printing to a PDF file is not possible (security settings).
  

Full Instructions!

1. Wait for the email from us containing your eBook. As this is created manually, it can take up to 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to be sent to you, although this will usually happen within a few hours.

2. Once the email has arrived, save the PDF attachment to your documents folder. Please note where you saved it so you can find it again later.

3. Open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat. The Mac Preview function does not fully support encrpted files and therefore will not work properly.

4. Please note, always use the latest version of the Adobe PDF reader. Our PDF document requires at least the PDF reader version 7.

5. A window is displayed asking for a password.



6. Please enter the password given to you when you purchased the eBook and click on OK




7. The PDF document will open. Check that the given name and address is correct.




8. If all is well, enjoy your eBook. If not, contact us.
